The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, right on the famous Haeundae Beach with many nearby restaurants. The rooms, though not meeting expectations for this level of hotel in Korea, had some issues like water leakage from the shower area and a lack of proper amenities. The dining experience was somewhat disappointing with repetitive menus and overpriced options.
Staying at this hotel was a real delight. I got to enjoy a nearly floor to ceiling window with a stunning city-side view, and even from the 8th floor, I could hear the calming sound of the water lapping on the beach. Being 10 floors up really added to the experience, although there were some minor downsides.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a good view but were small and had a smell issue initially. The service was friendly but sometimes more focused on chat than assisting guests. The location was excellent, right on the beach but surrounded by average service establishments. The dining options were limited, and there were a few hygiene concerns. The location was beautiful right on the long stretch of Haeundae beach, but being in a corner view to the city led to disturbances from loud music and car sounds at night, affecting our sleep quality. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, extremely friendly staff, and a fantastic location by the beach and close to various dining options. However, there were some issues with the dining experience as breakfast options were limited.
